How to use the bus and pay the fare

1. Please prepare coins before boarding.

You can get change for 1,000-yen bills and 500, 100 and 50 yen coins.
Bills higher than 2,000 yen can not be changed on board. Please prepare change before getting on the bus.
Electronic cards cannot be used.

In some areas or during some hours, you are requested to get on the bus from the front door and to pay the fare in advance.

Pick up a numbered ticket at the numbered ticket machine next to the entrance.
Pay the fare when getting off the bus.
A numbered ticket indicates the bus stop you get on.
If you don’t have a numbered ticket you may be requested to pay the fare from the initial bus stop.

5. When on board

Sit down on a seat or hold onto a hand pole or a hand strap.
Smoking is prohibited on board all day.
Please refrain from talking on a cell phone as it makes other passengers uncomfortable.
Moving around on the bus while the bus is in motion is very dangerous. You should change money or switch seats while the bus is stopped.

Customers using a wheelchair

In the car, we will fix the wheelchair for safety.
bus does not have a fixture of the wheelchair, you might get your ride and folded the wheelchair.
We appreciate your understanding.

The bus driver will strap the wheelchair down for safety. If the bus does not have a fixture for a wheelchair, you will be given special accommodations. We appreciate your understanding.

The fare above the number of your numbered ticket is your fare.
The fare shown on the board is for an adult.
The fare is half-price for elementary school children. (The fare is rounded up to the next 10 yen unit.)

About Changing Money

Use the changing machine next to the driver’s seat.

Bus from Kintetsu Railway nearest station to Taishi-cho (Town)

Take the Taishi-cho Community Bus from “Kaminotaishi Station” and get off at the “Taishi-cho Town Hall” bus stop. (Time required approximately 10 minutes)
Take the Kintetsu Bus from Kishi Station and get off at the “Taishi-cho Town Hall” bus stop. (Time required approximately 15 minutes)
